At Good Hope Capital, we’re building a new kind of private equity firm — one that is small by design, deeply impactful, and entirely focused on enabling exceptional people to do their best work.
We acquire and grow niche B2B software companies through a model that blends sharp operational focus with radical ownership and decentralized autonomy. We believe the best companies are often run by small, empowered teams working with clarity and purpose, with minimal overhead and maximum accountability.
We value deep work, autonomy, and trust. Instead of layers of bureaucracy, we hire exceptional people and get out of their way. You’ll be part of a small, driven team where your work is visible and impactful. Our incentive model is directly tied to cash flow growth — you’ll share in the upside you help create, and you’ll own the responsibility of managing downside too. Base salaries are lean, but the potential for value creation is meaningful.

Good Hope Capital is a micro private equity firm on a mission: acquire overlooked B2B SaaS companies, grow them using AI-powered playbooks, and build a long-term engine for value creation.
We’ve already acquired our first product—and we’re just getting started. Over the next 12–36 months, we plan to build a portfolio of 3–5 high-potential SaaS businesses. Each one will be lean, profitable, and transformed through smart product, growth, and automation.
We’re looking for a technical co-founder or portfolio CTO to partner with us in this journey—someone who can lead tech across multiple businesses, share both the upside and the risk, and shape the foundation of something long-lasting.
Lead technology and product development across our current SaaS business and future acquisitions.
Rebuild or modernize product architectures to make them faster, scalable, and easier to grow.
Work directly with the founder on product strategy, M&A tech due diligence, and execution.
Design repeatable systems and infrastructure that we can use across multiple companies.
Build and guide a network of developers, agencies, or part-time contributors.
Drive experimentation with AI, automation, and rapid GTM iteration to unlock growth.
You’ve grown a SaaS business (even small) as a founder, solo dev, or indie hacker.
You’re excited to operate across 2–5 companies instead of being tied to just one.
You thrive on autonomy and accountability, and you’re pragmatic with tools—using AI, APIs, or no-code where it makes sense.
You understand business—not just engineering—and think in terms of ROI, velocity, and playbooks.
You're open to putting in your own capital or sweat to become a true partner and co-owner.
You’re not just getting a job—you’re invited to become an equal partner if the fit is right.
That means shared upside from growing high-margin SaaS businesses.
But also shared commitment: we expect the same level of resourcefulness, accountability, and option to invest capital if you want to participate as a full equal.
We're building this firm with our own capital and care deeply about creating enduring, cash-flowing products—not quick flips or VC games.
Equity or revenue/profit share from one or more portfolio companies.
Optional capital co-investment in acquisitions (for those seeking full partner status).
Flexible commitment at first (fractional or part-time), with the path to full-time if it’s a match.
Optional cash stipend during active development phases.
If you're a systems thinker, product builder, and long-term operator—who wants to shape the next generation of software businesses from the inside—let’s talk.

Good Hope Capital is a micro private equity firm acquiring and scaling profitable B2B SaaS companies. We've already acquired our first business and are actively building a portfolio of 3–5 high-margin software products over the next 12–36 months.
We’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue operations across the portfolio. This is a co-founder-level position where you’ll own results and shape the playbook. You’ll bring energy to outbound sales, engage deeply with customers, and systematically drive sustainable growth—with both upside and accountability.
Think like a portfolio GM: Align GTM actions to product value, pricing strategy, and business model efficiency.
Build repeatable, data-backed GTM playbooks: Develop frameworks you can apply across multiple SaaS businesses.
Execute outbound sales motions: Reach out directly, navigate complex conversations, and convert interest into revenue.
Talk to prospects and customers regularly: Not just to close, but to understand, build trust, and deliver genuine delight.
Systematize sales operations: Design scalable sales pipelines, CRM workflows, prospecting cadences, and follow-up systems.
Own customer success: Build processes to increase activation, retention, and expansion—especially in the first 90 days.
You’ve closed deals yourself—especially in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
You’re energized by people: You enjoy cold outreach, discovery calls, objection handling, and closing with empathy.
You’re systematic: You bring structure to pipelines, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
You can operate independently while collaborating with product and ops partners.
You’re excited to work across 2–5 products—not just one—and build processes that scale.
You're open to co-investing capital or earning equity through performance and partnership.
Co-founder upside: Shared ownership, revenue share, and capital participation for those seeking full alignment.
Freedom + trust: You’ll lead revenue end-to-end while collaborating with a founder who handles product, M&A, and marketing.
Multi-business exposure: Learn, iterate, and apply what works across a growing SaaS portfolio.
High-leverage GTM tools: Operate with automation, enrichment, and prospecting tools to scale faster with less.
Equity or revenue/profit share in current and future portfolio companies
Optional capital co-investment for deeper ownership alignment
Start part-time or fractional; grow into full-time partner based on fit and traction
