As CTO, you'll lead the technical vision across a portfolio of SaaS companies and take full ownership of engineering outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and maintaining technical architecture across multiple products
Managing distributed, lean engineering teams to ship reliable and scalable software
Establishing and enforcing high-quality coding and deployment standards
Overseeing security, compliance, and uptime of all platforms
Leading AI and automation strategy to unlock productivity and performance
Making individual contributions when necessary — you’ll write code and review it
Tracking the technical team’s impact based on resulting cash flow improvements

Building and refining go-to-market playbooks for product-led and sales-led growth
Managing all revenue functions: marketing, sales, and customer success
Running growth experiments and conversion optimization campaigns
Leading CRM, funnel, and campaign management hands-on
Analyzing performance data to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities
Hiring and mentoring a lean, agile team focused on results, not vanity metrics
